Going low in the Philippines with the lowrider bike enthusiast and assemblers. Many lowrider communities are springing out all over the archipelago of the Philippines and more and more people getting hooked in the lowrider bikes. According to the owner of this gorgeous bike, he bought the parts from a local bike parts dealer and assembled all by himself.
